I bought the Envi 500W heater and I’m happy with its performance—it heats well and is completely silent. However, the package was missing the specific mounting brackets required for this model, which made the wall installation much more difficult and frustrating than expected.
Really over the moon withbthos company. Thats two fantastic purchases now, bith in great working order.
It needed an update but now it is working as expected.
