At Half Price Store, every item is inspected and tested before it's listed, and its condition grade (New, Like New / Open Box, Used – Good, Used – Fair) is clearly stated on the product page. We stand behind everything we sell: all items are guaranteed 100% functional, regardless of condition grade.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible, the item must be:

• In the same condition you received it, and
• Complete, with all accessories, parts, and packaging that were included with your order.

Please note: cosmetic wear that was disclosed in the product's condition grade and description (e.g., scuffs on a Used – Good item) is not a defect and is not grounds for a "damaged item" claim. Our functionality guarantee always applies.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item doesn't work as described, arrived damaged in transit, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@halfpricestore.ca with your order number and a photo or video of the issue.

We'll make it right: we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and issue a full refund (including original shipping) or a replacement/exchange — your choice.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If the item works as described but you've simply changed your mind, you're welcome to return it within 30 days. For these returns:

• Return shipping is at your cost — we can provide a label and deduct the cost from your refund, or you can ship it yourself.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Free Exchanges

Prefer an exchange instead of a refund? We offer free exchanges within 30 days: return your item and we'll ship the replacement at no extra shipping cost to you. Most of our stock is one-of-a-kind, so if an identical unit isn't available we'll offer an equivalent item of the same value. If nothing suits you, we'll issue store credit or a refund per the terms above.

How to Start a Return

Email contact@halfpricestore.ca with your order number and the reason for the return (photos help us process it faster). We'll reply with return instructions within 1 business day.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Contact us immediately at contact@halfpricestore.ca with your order number. If the order has already shipped, follow the return process above once it arrives.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we inspect it within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card issuers may need additional time to post the refund.
